How VELURA works
Everything a client needs: booking without an account, your booking page, messages, cancelling, reviews, and staying safe.
1. How booking works
VELURA lists independent companions. You don't need an account: choose a companion, a service and a time, and send a request. She accepts or declines it — usually within an hour.
- Open a profile and choose a service.
- Pick a start time. Only times long enough for that service are shown.
- Enter your name, email and phone, and choose how she should contact you: WhatsApp, a call or email.
- Send the request. The time is held for you for up to 48 hours while she answers.
2. Your booking page
After you send a request you land on your booking page. Its address is private and it is the only key to your booking, so keep it. If you chose to get emails, every email links back to it.
- It updates by itself when she accepts, declines or completes the booking.
- You can message her there, and cancel if your plans change.
- If you turned emails off, save the link: bookmark it or copy it somewhere safe.
3. Being contacted
She reaches you the way you chose on the form — a WhatsApp message, a call or an email — from her own phone or inbox. VELURA never messages you on WhatsApp and never asks you for payment.
4. Messages
Each booking has a private conversation between you and her, on your booking page. Nobody at VELURA can read it unless one of you reports it. It closes 7 days after the appointment and is deleted 30 days later.
5. Cancelling
Open your booking page and press “Cancel this request”. It works while the request is pending or confirmed, and the time goes back on her calendar. Nothing is owed.
6. Reviews
If you asked for it, you receive a private link after the appointment to leave a review. It works once and expires after 30 days. Reviews carry a Verified Booking badge because they can only come from a real appointment.
7. Payment
VELURA never takes payment. Anything agreed for the appointment is settled directly with the companion. Be wary of anyone who asks for money in advance on VELURA's behalf.
8. Safety
- If you are unsure, meet somewhere public first, and tell someone you trust where you will be.
- Never send money in advance, and never share passwords or identity documents in a message.
- Keep conversations respectful: the Content Rules apply to messages too.
- If something feels wrong, report the conversation from your booking page, or write to appvelura@gmail.com.
